GRANDMA'S PIMENTO CHEESE



Grandma's Pimento Cheese image

This is better than anything you can buy at the grocery! Great to serve with a hot bowl of soup in the winter. Or, stuff it inside of celery sticks for a great snack around the pool.

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 ounces pimientos, diced
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 lbs Velveeta cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients together and mix well with mixer. Add additional mayo if desired.
