My mother gave me this to use at my mother group. Everyone loved it so I decided to post it and share the great blend of peaches and French toast. Smells great when cooking.

GRANDMA JOEYANN'S FAMOUS FRENCH TOAST
Steps:
- Combine eggs, milk and vanilla extract and beat extremely well. Heat approximately 1/2 in of oil to medium high heat. Dip only one side of two slices of bread in egg mixture, lay in hot oil, dipped side down. Quickly put a slice of Swiss cheese on each bread, then ham, then another slice of cheese. Dip only one side of 2 more slices of bread in egg mixture and put dry side down on top of cheese.

GRANDMA B'S FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
This recipe is a family favorite. Grandma B made this every year on Christmas morning and it is now a tradition in my house. I make the casserole the night before and let it sit in the fridge over night. In the morning I pop it in the oven and cook up the bacon or sausage while it cooks. Super easy and super delish. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

GRANDMA'S FRENCH TOAST
This is how my family makes French toast. This was from my Grandma; she learned it from the place she worked at. You can use regular white bread or cut French bread on the diagonal about 1/2 inch thick. The day old bread at WalMart works great. I am going to bow to the pressure of adding milk to this. My family likes it without but if your family likes it with you can certainly add it.
