- Mix pudding and milk according to package directions; refrigerate until set. Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips. , Place 24 graham cracker halves on a baking sheet; top each with about 3 tablespoons filling. Place another graham cracker half on top. Wrap individually in plastic; freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Serve sandwiches frozen.

- Break chocolate graham crackers into squares. Spread a thick layer of whipped topping on half of the squares and place another square on top to make a sandwich. Gently wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour or until set.

Place them back onto the parchment paper, and then into the freezer to set, working quickly. Freeze until ready to serve. I like to cut them in half into triangles to make them a little more manageable.
