2 box (4-serving) packages instant sugar-free vanilla pudding/pie filling mix (dry)
3 c skim milk
4 oz frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
CHOCOLATE TOPPING (RECIPE FOLLOWS)
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 c sugar or splenda granulated to equal 1/2 cup
1/4 c skim milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp butter

Steps:

  • 1. LAYER: Bottom of 9x13x2-inch baking dish with 1/3 graham crackers.
  • 2. IN: Medium mixing bowl, beat pudding mix with milk until it thickens. SET: Aside several minutes. FOLD: In whipped topping.
  • 3. SPREAD: Half of the pudding mixture over graham crackers. REPEAT: Layers, ending with graham crackers on top (three layers of graham crackers). DRIZZLE: With Chocolate Topping.
  • 4. CHOCOLATE TOPPING COMBINE: Cocoa, sugar, and milk in saucepan. BRING: To a boil 1 minute. REMOVE: From heat, add vanilla and butter. COOL: Slightly and pour over top graham cracker layer. REFRIGERATE: Until ready to serve. SERVE & ENJOY! **COVER: And refrigerate leftovers.

1-1/2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Cut graham crackers in half, making 18 rectangles. Place nine rectangles in an ungreased 8x4-in. loaf pan; set aside. , In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over graham crackers; top with remaining graham crackers. , For topping, microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter. 2 Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (small packages)
3 cups milk
8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping
1 (16 ounce) box graham crackers (you will have some leftovers)
1 (15 ounce) container chocolate frosting

Steps:

  • Mix together vanilla pudding mix and milk.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Line 9 x 13 pan with one layer of graham crackers.
  • Put half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Place a second layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.
  • Put the remaining pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Place a third layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.
  • Heat the tub of frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften. (Don't forget to remove the foil seal or you'll get fireworks).
  • Spread frosting on the top of the last layer of graham crackers.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let set a couple hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  • In a large bowl, mix the milk, pudding mix, and whipped topping together until fully combined. Set aside
  • In the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan, arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares (you can break the squares into smaller pieces to get into the corners of the pan)
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over top of the graham crackers
  • Top with another layer of graham crackers

2 3.4 3.4 2 ounces boxes French Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
2 3/4 and 2 3/4 cup milk
1 8 8 1 ounce carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
1/2 8 cup 1/2 or 8 Tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine both boxes of dry pudding mix and milk and whisk together until well combined. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip; set aside. Cover the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan with a single layer of graham crackers. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the top and spread out evenly. Cover completely with another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture and then a final layer of graham crackers. You will have to break some of the graham crackers into smaller pieces to fully cover the pudding. Refrigerate while you prepare the chocolate icing.
  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar and cocoa until no lumps of cocoa remain. Whisk in the milk and heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute.

  • Note: Once the icing on top of the dessert has cooled, cover the baking dish with a lid, foil or plastic wrap. The following day, slice and serve. The key to getting nice clean slices is to use a sharp knife and wipe the knife clean after each cut.
