Number Of Ingredients 5

- 1/2 bag of [a large bag] of coconut
- almost 1/2 bag choc chips
- 1/4 can coconut milk
- about 1/2 can sweetened milk
- cookie sheet lined with wax paper

Steps:

  • in double boiler melt choc chips. stir in sweetened milk til nice and smoothe. then stir in coconut milk til smooth
  • add the coconut 1 cup at a time. i added 3 cups and it did great. blend well. should b real thick.
  • with wooden spoon drop onto wax paper. i put mine in the fridge to set
  • take out and plate. hope u like these.

- 2/3 bottle of mint flavoring
- cookie sheet lined with wax paper

Steps:

  • IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT CHOC CHIPS.STIR TIL SMOOTH. ADD SUGAR STIR TIL SMOOTH. ADD MINT FLAVOING STIR TIL SMOOTH
  • ADD FINELY CHOPPED COCONUT 1 CUP AT A TIME TIL THICK AND COCONUT IS COMPLETELY COVERED IN MIXTURE
  • DROP BY TABSPFUL ONTO COOKIE LINED WITH WAX PAPER AND PLACE IN FRIDGE TIL SET[15-20 MINS] THEN TAKE OUT AND PLATE
