HEALTHY HOMEMADE GRANOLA
Made with healthy oil and without refined sugar, this healthy homemade granola is easy to make and tastes fantastic!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place the oats in a large mixing bowl. Add the coconut flakes, nuts and seeds and stir to combine.
- Place the honey and coconut oil in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute and remove from heat. Stir in almond extract if using.
- Pour honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until coated.
- Spread the granola out on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring every few minutes to prevent burning.
- Let the granola cool completely then add the dried fruits and stir to combine.
- Store in an airtight container. Keeps for about a week. Serve with milk and fresh berries if desired.

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto 2 sheet pans. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.
- Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl. Add raisins and mix until evenly distributed.

- Preheat oven to 300°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Stir honey and oil in saucepan over medium-low heat until smooth. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture; toss. Spread on prepared sheet. Bake until golden, stirring every 10 minutes, about 40 minutes. Place sheet on rack. Stir granola; cool. Mix in fruit. - Melt butter.
- Mix butter with brown sugar, salt, water, vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, wheat germ, coconut and nuts and dried fruit.

We created this simple but universally likeable recipe that's flavored with vanilla and a blend of brown sugar and maple syrup. We love its pure flavors and balance of salty and sweet. It is the perfect canvas for personalization, so we've included some ideas for mix-ins at the end of the recipe.

- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Lightly spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine the oats, almonds, coconut chips and salt in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Combine the brown sugar, syrup and oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring often, until the sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the sugar mixture over the oats and stir until well combined, then spread the granola mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally (see Cook's Note) until toasted and golden brown, 60 to 70 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
