Really good and sweet dessert I got from a friend.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9x13 inch cake pan.
- Melt the butter or margarine. Stir melted butter or margarine along with 1 egg into the cake mix. Press into prepared pan.
- In a large bowl mix cream cheese, almond extract, confectioner's sugar, and the remaining 2 eggs beat for 3 minutes with an electric mixer set on medium high speed. Spread over top of cake mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes and until browned on top. Allow cake to cool before cutting.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix cake mix, melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 eggs with a spoon. Pat into a 9x13-inch pan.
- Mix cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs, and remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla with an electric mixer. Slowly beat in confectioner's sugar. Pour over cake layer.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.

- Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg and vanilla; add to flour mixture and stir to combine. Press onto bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish., For topping, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add confectioners' sugar and stir to combine. Pour over crust. Bake until center is almost set and edges start to brown, 40-45 minutes. Cool 1 hour on a wire rack. Sprinkle with additional confectioners' sugar if desired.

OOEY GOOEY BUTTER CAKE
Ooey Gooey Butter Cake From Scratch is a simple classic cake with a shortbread like crust and creamy, pudding like filling. No frosting needed...just a dusting of powdered sugar will do!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x13-baking dish. Line your baking dish with foil and spray the foil with a non-stick spray.
- Using a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour this mixture into a large food processor, along with the 2 eggs and butter. Pulse until well combined and your dough is crumbly.
- Pour the dough into your prepared pan and lightly pack it along the bottom. Set aside.
- In the same food processor, rinse it out and add the cream cheese. Pulse until the cream cheese is smooth and creamy. Add in the 3 eggs and vanilla, mixing again until well combined. Now, add in the powdered sugar and mix on high until all the clumps are gone. Pour this mixture over the base in your pan.
- Baking for 50 minutes, or until the top is a golden brown color. Don't use the toothpick test! You know the bars are done once color has been reached and the top has started to puff up.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting, the top layer is gooey so if you cut when warm it will be messy. Once cooled, chill in the fridge for a couple or hours, or freeze for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!

Truly addictive dessert with the best flavor. My mother got the recipe about 20 years ago from another woman at a potluck picnic. She actually carried copies of the recipe with her because so many people always ask for it!

- Mix cake mix, melted butter and one egg.
- Add pecans to bottom layer.
- Pat into 13x9 inch pan.
- In a separate bowl beat cheese until fluffy.
- Add 2 remaining eggs to cheese and mix well.
- Add powdered sugar and beat until lumps are gone.
- Pour this mixture over cake in pan.
- bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until topping is golden.
- Allow to cool somewhat to set topping (slides off when warm).
