Number Of Ingredients 6

16 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice, bodies reserved, about 20 limes
32 ounces Demerara sugar
64 ounces warm black tea
48 ounces Batavia Arrack
Ice block
Freshly grated nutmeg

Steps:

  • Combine the juice, lime bodies and sugar in a 5-quart container. Add the tea and stir until the sugar dissolves completely, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the Batavia Arrack and stir to combine. Chill to at least 40 degrees, approximately 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Strain the punch into a punch bowl over a large ice block and serve with freshly grated nutmeg.

1 package (3.4 ounces) cook-and-serve chocolate pudding mix
3 cups whole milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine pudding, milk and sugar; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Cool 30 minutes, stirring often. Fold in cream. Pour into pop molds or 3-oz. paper cups; attach lids to molds, or if using cups, top with foil and insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm, 3-4 hours.

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine
12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) heavy cream
8 ounces (1 cup) whole milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place chopped chocolate into a medium glass mixing bowl. Set aside. Combine heavy cream, milk, and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until cocoa is dissolved and mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes and then whisk gently until all chocolate is melted. Whisk in the vanilla extract. Divide the mixture evenly among the molds and place in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Fudgepops can be held in the freezer for up to 1 week in an airtight container.

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of kosher salt

Steps:

  • Blend coconut milk, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and salt in a blender until smooth. Pour into ice-pop molds, leaving a little space at the top of each (you might have some left over depending on the size of your molds). Freeze 1 hour, then insert sticks and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. Dip molds briefly in cold water to release pops.

2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 ½ cups whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, and stir until thick, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and butter. Transfer to a heatproof bowl, and refrigerate until cool, approximately 20 minutes.
  • Stir the chocolate chips into the cooled chocolate mixture. Pour into molds and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
