Low Carb Golden Smoothie image

Golden milk and golden smoothies having been gaining traction in the health industry for good reason. The amazing benefits and anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric have been known for ages. This is an easy way to incorporate those healthy ingredients into your diet in the easiest and most delicious way.

¼ cup coconut cream (*canned - or 4 oz unsweetened almond milk if you don't do coconut.)
8 grams ginger (Small 2 inch piece)
1 tbsp Allulose (*to taste)
1 tsp turmeric (ground)
½ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cinnamon
5-6 ice cubes (*to taste)
1 scoop MCT Oil Powder

Steps:

  • Put everything in the blender and blitz until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
  • Serve immediately.

1 cup peeled and diced pineapple
½ cup diced carrot
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Try: Tattle Plant Protein Blend or Whey Protein Isolate)
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ lemon, juiced
½ tbsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ cup ice, optional
