A mixture of the 4 basic golden milk spices so you can easily prepare golden milk whenever the craving strikes. Perfect for both iced and hot golden milk.

- To make mix, add all spices (add-ins optional) to a small jar and shake or stir thoroughly to combine. Will keep at room temperature up to 3 months. Or you can store it in the refrigerator if you prefer. Double the recipe if you intend to use it daily (it goes fast!).
- To make HOT golden milk, add 1 heaped tsp Golden Milk Mix, 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (more or less to taste), and 2 tsp water to a small saucepan. Use a spoon to mix into a loose paste (you want as few clumps as possible). Then add dairy-free milk of choice and whisk to combine. Heat over medium heat until just hot/warm (not boiling).
- To make ICED* golden milk, add 1 heaped tsp Golden Milk Mix, 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (more or less to taste), and 2 tsp water to a serving glass. Use a spoon to mix into a loose paste (you want as few clumps as possible). Then add several big ice cubes and top with dairy-free milk of choice. Stir to combine.

- For Spice Mix In a small mixing bowl, mix together turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper. If desired, pour into blender or spice mill and whir for a few seconds to blend spices well. Spoon into 8 oz (or split into 4 oz jars). Top with lid, label or tag.
- In a small saucepan, warm 1 cup of your favorite "milk" (dairy, plant based or a combo), whisking in a teaspoon of the Golden Milk Spice Mix, 1 tablespoon coconut oil and your desired sweetener (honey, maple syrup, stevia, coconut sugar, etc).
- For a creamier Golden Milk Latte, whir in a blender before or after heating*. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. *If placing in blender, be careful when removing the lid, as the heat will cause pressure to build) or use a frother.

- To make the golden milk, add 1 tablespoon of the spice mix to a small pot, with the 2 cups of milk and maple syrup. Whisk very well and turn the heat to medium.
- Let the milk come to just forming bubbles along the edges and whisk continuously for 3-4 minutes until well heated through. DO not let it boil! The milk will look brown in the beginning but after it thoroughly heats through, all that turmeric will turn it the beautiful golden color you see in the photos.
- Taste and add more sweetener if desired. Pour in mugs and serve immediately! It is normal for a bit of the spices to settle at the bottom, as it is a spice mix, but I just stir it a couple of times while drinking. The spice mix will keep for 6 months, although if you make it daily, you will use it much quicker.
