- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and green onion and saute until the onions soften. Add the corn, salt ,thyme, cayenne and black pepper, and cook until the corn is tender and warmed through, about 3 to 5 minute.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the cream until blended. Stir in 1 cup of the grated cheese and the corn mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x11 baking pan(or close to). Top with the remaining grated cheese and bake for about 25 to 30 minute The gratin is done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Top with the chopped parsley and serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Pour into a greased 9 by 13-inch casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and top with Cheddar. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine white sugar, salt, flour, eggs, milk, whipping cream, butter, and nutmeg in a bowl and whisk together. Add corn to the mixture. Spread corn pudding evenly into the 2 quart casserole dish. Place casserole dish in oven and bake for one hour. When the corn pudding is set and browned on top, remove from oven. Serve warm!
