Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion until golden.
- In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together onion, broccoli, soup, cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, garlic salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and lemon juice. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top and dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter.
- Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until heated through and browned on top.

Steps:
- Place broccoli in a vented covered dish; add water. Cook 4 minutes in microwave. Drain; set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, butter and flour in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Set aside.
- Combine broccoli, corn, cheese,onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in cottage cheese mixture. Spoon into a lightly greased 12-by-8-by-2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle bacon over casserole. Bake 45 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until just slightly cooked, about 5 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels and cut into pieces.
- Mix 3/4 cup crushed crackers, corn, broccoli, onion, egg, and butter in a bowl; spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup crushed crackers; top with bacon. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until bacon is crisp and casserole is cooked through, about 30 more minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge.
