Goji Berries are an Asian fruit & contain more antioxidants than blueberries & are healthy in many other ways. Although their mild taste is a little different, here's one way to enjoy them. The smoothie can also be made with equal quantities of Goji Berries & other berries, apples or cherries, while substituting rice milk for the orange juice.

- Prepare and measure ingredients. Soak Goji berries in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain them. Peel and slice fresh ginger.
- Take the blender and add goji berries, frozen banana, milk, almond butter, flax seeds, fresh ginger and cinnamon. Mix everything on high speed until you get even texture.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid – milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined.
- Taste the smoothie and add additional sweetener if the smoothie is not sweet enough. I recommend using date syrup, raw honey or maple syrup, or stevia. This is totally based on your preference.

- In a blender, combine the mango chunks, 1/2 cup orange juice and the orange zest. Add half of the banana. Blend until smooth, adding more orange juice if needed. Once smooth, add the chia seeds and blend until just mixed. Careful you don't want to grind the chia seeds into the drink. Pour the mango smoothie into a glass measuring cup.
- In the same blender (no need to clean it), add the remaining banana half, raspberries, strawberries, beets (if using) goji berries, ginger and vanilla. Add the almond or coconut milk and blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed.
- Pour the red smoothie into two glasses. Pour the mango smoothie over top of the the raspberry-goji smoothie and use a long spoon to mix them together - just a little. Drink up!
