SPICY BAT WINGS AND BAT CHIPS WITH GOBLIN DIP

Steps:

• Preheat grill to medium. Place chicken on grill, sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Grill for 10 minutes, flipping at least once.
• To cook in the oven, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread chicken in a single layer on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake 15 minutes.
• Lay wraps on flat surface and cut out bat shapes with cookie cutter. Lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper, to taste. Turn bats over and repeat. Place on a grill at medium heat, toast about 4 minutes, flipping once.

• In a medium saucepan combine soup, cheese and sour cream. Melt over medium heat until smooth and heated through.
• To serve, arrange bat wings and bat chips on platter. Ladle goblin dip into a bowl and serve warm.

GOBLINS WITH PUMPKIN DIP

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Cut tortillas with a ghost-shaped 3-1/2-in. cookie cutter; place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. , Spritz cutouts with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the pumpkin, pie spice, vanilla and ginger; beat until blended. Serve warm or chilled with goblins. Refrigerate leftover dip.

Steps:

• Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage and beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, combine the cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, salad dressing mix and meat mixture.
