1 ⅓ cups milk
⅓ cup grits
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons cocktail sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 pound ground beef, or more to taste
¼ cup ketchup, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Stir milk, grits, egg, cocktail sauce, 3 tablespoons ketchup, onion powder, salt, and black pepper together in a large bowl; add ground beef, mix with your hands until the texture is consistent, shape into a loaf, and put into a loaf pan. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup over the meat mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

1/2 cup crushed gluten free cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons gluten free ketchup
1 tablespoon gluten free Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/3 cup)
1 egg
1/2 cup gluten free ketchup
1 teaspoon gluten free Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Spread mixture in ungreased 8x4- or 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients. Spread over meatloaf.
  • Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F. Drain. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

¾ pound ground turkey
¾ pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅓ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine ground turkey, ground beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs, egg, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Press into the prepared pan.
  • Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a separate bowl and whisk together. Pour mixture over meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 1 hour. It's best to let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.

2 pounds 90% lean grass-fed ground beef
½cup almond flour
½ onion, diced
2eggs, beaten
¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (be sure that you are using a gluten-free version)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup prepared ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the beef, almond flour, onion, eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Use your hands or a spatula to mix together the ingredients. Transfer the mixture to your loaf pan and use a spatula or your hands to spread the mixture into all corners of the pan.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes. Then, carefully remove it from the oven and spread the ketchup on top.
  • Return the meatloaf to the oven to cook for another 35 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf reads 160°F.
  • Let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes in the pan before slicing it and serving it.

2 large eggs
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons kosher salt (or 1 teaspoon fine sea salt)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 medium onion (finely chopped)
8 ounces mushrooms (coarsely chopped)
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  • Set out a standard 9" x 5" loaf pan. (Line with a strip of parchment paper for easy removal if desired.)
  • Add eggs, ketchup, Italian seasoning, kosher salt and pepper to a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Stir in onions, mushrooms, parsley and oats. With your hands mix in ground beef, just until combined. (Don't over-mix or your meatloaf will be tough.) Transfer mixture to loaf pan and gently press to fill; smooth the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  • Bake until the internal temperature reaches 160ºF, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Slice and serve.

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (sauce)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup

Steps:

  • Combine meatloaf ingredients and place into loaf pans.

  • Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and pour on top of meatloaf.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
