GLUTEN FREE 7 LAYER BARS
These gluten free 7 layer bars have amazing flavor and are quick and easy to make. A great twist on your classic magic bars, dream bars, seven layer cookies - or whatever you call them at home!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add butter to 9x13 pan and place in oven for 5 minutes while preheating.
- While butter melts, chop nuts and set aside. Add cereal to zip top bag and crush or add to food processor and pulse 20 times to get small chunks but not crumbs. Open sweetened condensed milk and set aside.
- Once butter is melted, remove from oven and pour cereal over butter in an even layer. Press cereal into butter to make crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over crust layer evenly.
- Add nuts over top, then butterscotch and chocolate chips. Sprinkle with coconut.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until coconut is toasted and golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting.
- Serve immediately or store in tightly sealed container for up to a week.

AMAZING GLUTEN-FREE LAYER BARS
A gluten-free adaptation of the traditional Seven Layer Bar recipe. All ingredients are available in ordinary supermarkets. Be sure to check the packaging on your ingredients to make sure they are indeed gluten-free.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees C ). Generously grease one 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Spread 2/3 of the flaked coconut evenly on the bottom of the baking pan. Sprinkle the butterscotch morsels, chocolate chips, and peanuts evenly over the coconut layer. Pour condensed milk evenly over the whole pan. Top with sliced almonds and remaining coconut.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan using floured fingers.
- Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut and walnuts. Drizzle evenly with condensed milk.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 2 hours. For bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows.

- Bake 25 to 35 minutes longer or until light golden brown, covering edges with strips of foil if necessary to prevent excessive browning. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.
