Steps:
- Heat oil in a cooking pan.
- Saute garlic until it turns brown. Add onion and ground pork. Then stir and cook until the meat gets brown.
- Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper. Pour-in water and bring to a boil.
- Put-in carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add the cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve while hot! Enjoy.

- In a nonstick wok over medium heat, heat about 3 tablespoons oil from the tuna. Watch out for the splatters. Once splattering stops, sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook until softened. Add half the tomatoes and sauté until softened. Add tuna flakes and sauté.
- Add remaining tomatoes, green bell pepper, and tuna chunks and cook only until heated through. Dump in rice and toss until coated with the tuna mixture. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
