WATERMELON GINGER LIMEADE
There's nothing more thirst-quenching than a watermelon cooler.

- Remove rind and any loose seeds from watermelon. Place the flesh in a juice extractor, and process, extracting 3 cups watermelon juice.
- Transfer juice to a large pitcher. Add the remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Fill pitcher with ice. Garnish with watermelon and lime wedges. Serve.
WATERMELON JUICE WITH GINGER AND LEMONGRASS
Thanks to watermelon's natural sweetness, this drink doesn't call for sugar.

- Puree watermelon in a blender until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher. Stir in lemon juice, lemongrass, ginger, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Refrigerate until chilled, about 20 minutes.
- Divide juice among 6 ice-filled glasses, and garnish with lemongrass stalks.

- Cut and cube a watermelon. For 3 servings of this juice you will need about 6-7 cups of chopped watermelon.
- Add the cubed melon in a blender jar. Add peeled and chopped ginger. If your fruit is not sweet enough then add 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey now.
- Blend at high speed until you get a smooth juice. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and blend again. You can also use lime juice instead of lemon juice.
- Pour watermelon juice to a serving glass and serve this refreshing watermelon juice immediately. You don't have to strain the juice but if you really want to remove the watermelon pulp then pass it through a fine mesh strainer once.
