Ginger Mule Recipes

KENTUCKY BOURBON MULE

Steps:

• Combine bourbon and lime juice in a copper mug filled with ice.
• Top with ginger beer until the mug is full.
• Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

MOSCOW MULE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour vodka and lime juice into a mug; add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine.
• Drop a lime wedge into the mug for garnish.

MOSCOW MULE

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• Pour the vodka and lime juice into a copper mug, stainless steel mug, or collins glass filled with ice cubes.
• Top off with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge . Serve and enjoy.

GINGER MINT MOSCOW MULE

Steps:

• Place the vodka, ginger mint syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda, garnish with mint leaves and the lime wedge before serving.
• Place the sugar, water, ginger, mint and a pinch of salt into a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and let steep for 20 to 30 minutes and strain once cooled. Alternatively, place the saucepan in a medium bowl filled with ice water and strain once cooled. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

WHISKEY GINGER MULE

Steps:

• Add the bourbon, ginger syrup, and fresh lime juice to a mixing glass with ice.
• Shake shake shake.
• Strain over ice into 100% copper moscow mule mug
• Top with ginger beer and fresh grated nutmeg
• Measure out the ingredients and add to a pot
• Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring, to prevent scorching
• Turn down the heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes
• Remove from the heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature
• Use a sieve to strain out any solid pieces, and bottle the syrup.
• The syrup will keep in the refrigerator from 2-3 weeks.

APPLE CIDER MULE

Steps:

• In a copper mug or glass, pour in the vodka, apple cider, and lime juice. Add the ginger beer.
• Add ice and garnish with a lime wedge and a thyme sprig or apple slice. If desired, sprinkle with a tiny hint of cinnamon. Serve immediately.

GINGER MULE

Steps:

• In cocktail shaker, muddle mint sprigs, candied ginger, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add gin, ginger beer, and ice, and shake vigorously. Fill highball glass with three or four large ice cubes. Pour in drink and garnish with mint and candied ginger.
