Ginger Miso Paste image

Miso paste is used extensively in Japanese cooking. This one if flavored with fresh ginger and garlic for added extra flavor.

1 Tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
1 Tbsp miso
2 clove garlic, smashed
1 tsp chili garlic sauce or 1/2 teaspoon chili paste with garlic
1 tsp light brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mash into a paste.
