FRESH GINGER AND MINT DETOX JUICE RECIPE
Steps:
- Firstly squeeze your lemon with the help of a juice squeezer and keep it aside. Then get your cutting board and start slicing your one medium cucumber into fine slices right after you wash it well
- Then start chopping your two and a half fresh cm of fresh ginger on your cutting board with the help of your knife and then repeat the process for four tablespoon of fresh mint. Now include the juice of one lemon, two and a half fresh cm of chopped fresh ginger, finely sliced cucumbers and four tablespoon of chopped fresh mint into the blender and turn it on.
- Once they mix to each other well know include three cups of water and some ice on them and turn it on again. You can consume this detox juice during the day with your family members or friends. Enjoy it!

- Bring the sugar and water to a boil over high heat. Boil until the sugar has dissolved, then stir in the strawberries, mint, ginger, lemon peels, and lemon juice. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in the white balsamic vinegar.
- Allow the syrup to stand overnight at room temperature, then strain out the fruits with a fine sieve. Store at room temperature in a sterile container.
- To use, stir 1 part syrup into 4 to 6 parts water; serve cold with ice if desired.

- Place 4 cups thinly sliced pineapple (about 1 1/4 pounds), 5 sprigs mint (lightly crushed) and 8 round slices ginger (smashed) in a pitcher. For still infused water, add 2 quarts of water. For sparkling water, add 1 quart of seltzer during prep and a second quart just before serving. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to allow the ingredients to infuse. Stir well and strain, discarding the solids. For serving, add fresh pineapple, mint and ginger for garnish and plenty of ice. The infused water will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.
