Steps:
- Combine the tequila, lime zest, lime juice, orange juice and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. Taste, and stir in some simple syrup if you'd like it sweeter. Top off with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.

- Moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with lime wedge. If desired, sprinkle sugar on a plate; dip rim in sugar. In a blender, add tequila, ginger liqueur, raspberry liqueur, lime juice and raspberries. Puree until smooth; pour into prepared glass. Garnish with lime wedge and, if desired, crystalized ginger and raspberries.

- The Berry Margarita. Add 1 oz. Cointreau, 1½ oz. Blanco Tequila, and ¼ oz. fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with blackberries.
- The Ginger Mint Margarita. Muddle 2 slices fresh ginger root and 5 mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add 1 oz. Cointreau, 2 oz. Blanco Tequila, and ¾ oz.
- El Cencerro. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz. El Buho Mezcal, ¾ oz. Ancho Reyes Poblano, ¼ oz. Giffard Peach Liquor, ¼ oz. aperol, and ¾ oz. lime juice.
- The Fizzy. Stir 1 oz. Michelberger Forest Herbal Liqueur (or use white vermouth as a substitute), ½ oz. Rondo Spritz (or use aperol as a substitute), and ½ oz.

- If you would like salt-rimmed glasses, begin by running a lime slice (the juicy part) around the top rim of a glass. Fill a shallow bowl with salt, and dip the rim of the glass in the salt to coat with salt. Set aside.
- Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, mint sprigs and a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Using a cocktail muddler or the end of a wooden spoon, muddle the mint briefly.
