This luscious fruit smoothie is chock full of berries but has a definite spicy kick with the added fresh ginger. Very invigorating after a nice yoga workout!

1 cup water, or more as needed
¼ cup frozen blueberries
4 frozen strawberries, or more to taste
1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon agave nectar

  • Blend water, blueberries, strawberries, ginger, and agave nectar together in a blender until thick and smooth.

½ cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
½ cup nonfat milk
1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and/or raspberries)
2 teaspoons honey
2 cubes Ice

Steps:

  • Place oats, chia seeds, and ginger into blender container. Blend until oats are finely ground. Add milk, berries, and honey; blend until berries are pureed and mixture is well combined. If thicker, colder smoothie is desired, add 2 to 3 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
