5 -7 drops fresh lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 pinch sugar
1/2 teaspoon gochugaru Korean red pepper flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  • Enjoy!

  • Lastly in a large mixing bowl, add soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil. sugar, minced garlic and rice vinegar. Whisk until well combined. Then add back in your cold strained noodles. Mix well with tongs or clean hands.
