4 ounces cranberry juice
2 ounces orange-flavored liqueur
1 ounce pear brandy
Ice, as needed
Champagne

Steps:

Add the cranberry juice, orange liquor and pear brandy to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two champagne flutes and top with Champagne.

6 dashes grenadine
Ice cubes
Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Steps:

Add the gin, brandy, lemon juice and grenadine to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glasses and garnish each with a cherry.
