GINA'S LOVE POTION

Steps:

• Add the cranberry juice, orange liquor and pear brandy to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two champagne flutes and top with Champagne.

MORNING GLORY (COCKTAIL BEVERAGE)

Steps:

• Put all ingredients into a sml shaker w/ice.
• Shake & then strain into a 3 oz serving glass.

GINA'S VANILLA BEAN CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Add the peach nectar and vanilla bean syrup to a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and serve.;
• In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Split the vanilla bean in half and scrape off the seeds with a paring knife. Add the seeds and the pod to the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Simmer on low until thickened, about 5 minutes. Strain and let cool completely before using.;

GINA'S RED CARPET COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Add 1 1/2 ounces of the vodka to each champagne flute. Top with 1 1/2 ounces of the pomegranate juice and 1 tablespoon of the lime juice. Add the Champagne or sparkling wine and a cherry to each flute for a sweet garnish.

MORNING GLORY

Steps:

• Place all ingredients except the soda and sugar in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a 6-ounce glass. Fill with soda water. Wet a spoon, dip it in sugar and stir into the cocktail.
