Gimlet With Roses Lime Juice Recipes

GIMLET RECIPE

Steps:

• In a mixing glass filled with ice, add gin, simple syrup and lime juice or gin and Rose's lime juice.
• With a bar spoon, stir the ice and cocktail ingredients for several minutes.
• Place a Hawthorne strainer over the mixing glass and strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail or martini glass.
• Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy!

GIMLET

Steps:

• Place sugar in a shallow dish; dip rim of chilled glass into sugar so rim is coated.
• Scoop ice into a shaker. Pour gin and lime juice over the ice, and shake well. Pour drink into prepared glass.

HOW TO MAKE A VODKA GIMLET FROM SCRATCH

Steps:

• Combine 1 teaspoon of lime zest, sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. While whisking constantly, bring to a low simmer and cook until the sugar has completely dissolved into the water, about 5 minutes. Set pan aside to cool completely. Strain lime syrup then mix with the fresh lime juice.
• For each gimlet, add 2 ounces of vodka and 2 1/2 ounces of homemade lime cordial to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well then strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

CLASSIC VODKA GIMLET COCKTAI

Steps:

• Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake.
• Pour the drink into a cocktail glass.

GIMLET

Steps:

• Chill glassware if desired: Coat the outside of a glass with water and freeze until serving time. Or, freeze dry glassware for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
• Combine gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
• Strain cocktail into glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

POMEGRANATE VODKA GIMLET

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, lime juice and pomegranate juice and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
• Garnish with lime rounds and pomegranate arils. (You can also garnish your glass first if you prefer. You do you.)
