Ghirardelli Brownies Double Batch Recipes

GHIRARDELLI'S AWARD WINNING DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Using a spoon, stir eggs with sugar and vanilla; add butter.
• Sift GHIRARDELLI GROUND CHOCOLATE with flour, baking powder and salt.
• Stir into egg mixture; add nuts.
• Spread into greased 8 inch square pan.
• Bake 20 minutes.

MAKE A DOUBLE BATCH OF THOSE BROWNIES!

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9X13 with parchment paper and lightly spray with baking spray.
• In a mixer add brownie mix, milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix with the paddle attachment. Once full combined spoon batter into the sprayed parchment lined baking pan.
• Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
• Set brownies aside to cool completely.
• To make the frosting:
• In a medium bowl whisk together the butter, cocoa powder, corn syrup, and sifter powdered sugar using a mixer or by hand. Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.

Steps:

• Set your oven to preheat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Using cooking spray or butter, grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
• Empty the contents of the baking mix into a large mixing bowl.
• Add in the wet ingredients.
• Using a whisk or hand mixer, stir until the ingredients are well blended.
• Pour the prepared batter into the greased baking dish.
• Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
