I make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner. My grown children tells me it has to be made! I usually make extra so they can take it home. This is my first to enter this recipe.

Ingredients

2 small 3 oz. size...one lemon jello & one lime jello
1 c boiling water
1 small cream cheese, room temperature
1 small crushed pineapples
1 c finely chopped pecans
1 pt half and half milk
GERMAN JELLO SALAD

Steps:

1. Mix Lemon and Lime Jello with boiling, stir and add the room temp. cream cheese. Use mixer to blend. Add crushed pineapples, Pecans, and Half & Half Milk. Stir and pour in a Glass square Pan. Refrig. and cut in squares and place on your favorite saucer on a nice dark green Lettuce Leaf.

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
1 (3 ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)

Steps:

Stir pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping together in a bowl; sprinkle gelatin mix over the top and stir until well-mixed. Refrigerate until chilled and set, at least 2 hours.
