Enjoy a grown-up way to drink chocolate with this indulgent chocolate martini, a blend of Irish cream, coffee liqueur and vodka

1 tsp melted chocolate
50ml Irish cream liqueur
50ml coffee liqueur
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
100ml vodka
handful of ice

Steps:

  • Dip a pastry brush into the melted chocolate and brush up the side of two glasses. Chill until set.
  • Pour the Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup and vodka into a shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into the glasses.

  • Combine Godiva Original Liqueur, Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, and Smirnoff Black Cherry Vodka.
  • Shake with ice and strain into martini glass.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings.

1 tablespoon seedless raspberry preserves
2 ounces vodka, such as Imperia, plus a splash for mixing with the preserves
2 ounces chocolate-flavored whiskey
1/2 teaspoon agave
3 frozen raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine the raspberry preserves with a splash of vodka in a small bowl and mix to a syrupy consistency.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, whiskey and agave and shake.
  • Drizzle the raspberry syrup into a martini glass and then pour in the cocktail. Garnish with frozen raspberries on a cocktail toothpick.
