Steps:
- Mix flour, chopped pecans, and margarine together. Press into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and cool whip. Spread mixture on cooled crust, set aside.
- Mix instant pudding with milk. Put this mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with cool whip (as much as you want) and a few chopped pecans.
- (Any type of pudding will do, but since it's called chocolate delight, I went with chocolate pudding.).

- In a large saucepan, cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink; drain and set aside. In the same pan, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in beans; cover and cook over medium heat until beans are tender. Add sausage; heat through.

This cake is so good! Im not a big cake eater but this one is so light and fluffy its hard not to love it!. Mandarin Oranges, Pineapple and Cool Whip give this cake a refreshing flavor. Also a very healthy dessert!

Steps:
- Heat oven according to box.
- In a bowl, combine cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs and apple sauce.
- Grease a 9x13 pan and pour mix into it.
- Bake according to box.
- For the frosting, combine cool whip, pudding and pineapple; frost once cake has cooled.
- Best served cold and must be kept refrigerated.

Steps:
- In a mixing glass add the ice, mint, limes, ginger and simple syrup. Muddle. Pour into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and add the rum and canton ginger liqueur. Shake and pour over the rocks in a tall glass. Garnish with a peach and ginger slice, and a sprig of mint.

- Phkali – ფხალი – Vegetable Mousse (Traditional Georgian Food) Phkali in Georgian cuisine is a mousse made from a ground vegetable mixed with walnut paste and other herbs.
- Mtsvadi – მწვადი – Skewered Barbecue. Mtsvadi is Georgian Barbecued meat, and boy does Georgian cuisine include a lot of barbecue options! The Georgian Shashlik equivalent is big chunky pieces of skewered meat, sometimes with bone in.
- Nigvziani Badrijani – ბადრიჯანი ნიგვზით – Walnut Stuffed Eggplant Rolls. Fried eggplant wrapped around a spiced walnut paste. Eggplant is a tricky ingredient.
- Salad With Walnut Paste – კიტრი და პომიდვრის სალათი ნიგვზით. A traditional Georgian summer salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley and a walnut sauce.
- Lobio – ლობიო – Beans in pot (Traditional Georgian Food) Finishing up the savory dishes with one of our favourite simple sides (but it also makes a good filling main course with bread for those on a budget).
- Ojakhuri – Baked Pork and Potatoes. Prime bits of pork rib, loin etc. are all mixed together and roasted in the Ketsi (the clay oven dish) with potatoes, onions and a ton of butter.
