This is very easy and fast to make; using fat free dressing keeps the calories down and helps prevent the chicken from burning.

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup fat free ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Combine the dressing, garlic and basil in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, turning them to coat. Squeeze out air and seal bag. Place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, turning occasionally, until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing mix
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Flatten chicken slightly; set aside. In a shallow bowl, combine milk and garlic. In another shallow bowl, combine the flour, salad dressing mix and pepper. Dip chicken in milk mixture, then coat with flour mixture., In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook chicken in oil and butter over medium heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes.

This makes such moist and tender chicken! Before grilling, I sprinkled a little black pepper and some cajun seasoning on this. The prep time includes marinading in the refrigerator for half an hour, although it is better if you can do it longer. ***Edited to add OAMC Instructions at the end of the recipe. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup fat free ranch dressing
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Steps:

  • Combine the dressing, garlic and basil in a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Add chicken pieces, turning them to coat.
  • Seal bag and place in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  • OAMC - To freeze: Place chicken and marinade ingredients into a large freezer bag. Seal, pushing out as much air as possible. Label and freeze. To serve: Thaw in fridge overnight. Grill as directed in recipe.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup ranch-style salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - lightly pounded to an even thickness

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheet with vegetable oil.
  • Put bread crumbs and ranch dressing into separate bowls.
  • Dip chicken into ranch dressing and press into bread crumbs to coat. Gently toss between your hands so any bread crumbs that haven't stuck can fall away. Arrange onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

  • In a bowl, sprinkle chicken with Ranch seasoning mix. Place in a Glad® Zipper Gallon Storage Bag pressing the air from the bag before sealing. Marinate refrigerated for 2 hours.
  • Prepare the grill using Kingsford® Charcoal, until briquets are evenly ashed over or preheat a gas grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grill grates. Place chicken breasts on the grill, discard any juices. Cook the chicken covered until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers 165ºF, about 6–10 minutes per side. Remove from grill, allow to rest covered for 10 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, combine Ranch dressing, garlic and basil. Heat sauce over medium heat. Do not boil.
