- Place meat in shallow foil-lined pan. Mix dressing mix and dry seasonings until blended; rub onto meat.
- Bake 15 to 20 min. or until meat is done (145°F).
- Remove meat from oven; let stand 3 min. before slicing and serving with the barbecue sauce.

- Prepare Roasted Garlic.
- Season pork tenderloin with 2 tablespoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend, pressing spices into meat to adhere.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (about 450 degrees -500 degrees F).
- In a bowl combine roasted garlic, Tennessee whiskey, gourmet style BBQ sauce and honey. Mix well to combine and set aside for basting.
- Place seasoned tenderloins onto grill over direct heat. Grill tenderloins for 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium-well, basting liberally with roasted garlic BBQ sauce during the last quarter of grilling time, until fully cooked. (An instant read thermometer should register 160 degrees F for medium; 170 degrees F for well-done.)
- Remove tenderloins from grill and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Thinly slice pork tenderloin on the bias and serve with extra roasted garlic BBQ sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt the butter and oil in a large, oven safe pan with a lid.
- Season the pork by rubbing it with the lemon pepper and half of the garlic and then rolling it in flour.
- Brown the pork on all sides over medium heat; this should take roughly 10 minutes. Remove the pork to a plate.
- Add the onions and mushrooms to the pan and brown for 5 minutes, then add tomatoes and stir to coat everything. Add the remaining garlic and the chicken stock. Stir well and then place the pork on top.
- Cover the pan and return to the oven for 45 - 60 minutes until the pork is done.
- Remove the pork from the pan, and add the cream to lightly thicken the sauce.
- Let the pork rest for approx 7 minutes, then slice and serve atop rice or noodles and pour some sauce over the top of the pork.

- Place pork in a large resealable plastic bag; add cola. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. , Drain pork and discard marinade. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, oregano, thyme and pepper; rub over pork., Prepare grill for indirect heat, using a drip pan.
