CHEESE DOG BISCUITS

Steps:

• Put in bread machine on dough cycle, when done knead 3 minutes and roll out on a floured curface 1/2 inch thick.
• Cut as desired in strips or shapes.
• Place on ungreased baking sheets and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until crisp.
• Best left in the oven afterwards for the night to cool, crispen and eliminate and moisture.

GARLIC-CHEDDAR DOG BISCUITS

Steps:

• 1. Beat the cheese and margarine in a mixing bowl. Add the flour, garlic and salt; mix well. Add enough milk to form a stiff dough. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• 2. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with a bone shaped cookie cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. My oven takes 15 minutes...all ovens are different. Remove to wire racks to cool. Biscuits will harden as they cool.

CHEDDAR DOG TREATS

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine flour and cheese. Stir in butter until combined. Gradually add milk just until moistened. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 times. , Roll dough into a 12x9-in. rectangle; cut into 3x1-in. strips. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand in the oven with the door slightly open until cooled completely. Store in an airtight container.

GARLIC DOG BISCUITS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350*.Lightly oil a baking sheet.set aside.
• Combine flour, dry milk, garlic powder and sugar.
• cut in meat drippings till it resemble coarse meal --
• Mix in eggs, and add enough water to form a ball.
• Pat dough onto cookie sheets -- to 1/2" thick.
• Cut out with desired cutters or knife.
• Remove scraps.
• Bake 25-30 minutes.
• Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes.
• Remove to rack to cool completely.

CHEDDAR DOG BISCUITS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°F
• Combine flour, cheese, garlic and vegetable oil in food processor.
• Cover and process to a coarse meal.
• With machine running, slowly add water until mixture forms a ball.
• Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll out each piece to 1/2" thickness.
• Cut out bone shape using a cookie cutter or cardboard template.
• Transfer to ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bottom of cookies are lightly browned.
• Carefully transfer bones to wire rack to cool completely.
• Refrigerate in airtight container.
