GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN
Tender, juicy chicken bathed in a rich garlic butter sauce with a splash of wine for extra flavor!! This EASY stovetop chicken recipe is ready in 15 minutes and will become a family FAVORITE!!

Steps:
- To a large skillet, add the olive oil, pounded chicken, evenly season with 21 Salute, salt, pepper, and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Do not touch, move, or disturb the chicken while it is searing. After 5 minutes, flip chicken over. It should have a medium golden color. For thicker/bigger chicken breasts, sear for 6-7 minutes.
- Allow chicken to cook on the second side for about 5 minutes, or until done and cooked through. Again, do not disturb the chicken while it's searing.
- Remove chicken with a slotted spatula and place it on a plate to rest.
- Using caution, deglaze your skillet by adding wine (or broth) and allow the liquid to bubble up and steam violently for a few seconds.
- Add the butter and allow it to melt, about 1 minute; stir continuously until melted.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minutes; stir continuously.
- Turn the heat off, add the chicken back into the skillet, flip it around in the garlic butter sauce, and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
- Optionally garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spread uncooked rice evenly in baking dish.
- In large bowl, mix broth, tomatoes, melted butter, garlic, garam masala, ginger, salt and ground red pepper; stir in chicken and onions. Pour mixture evenly over rice in baking dish; cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes; stir. Replace foil; bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until rice is tender, chicken is no longer pink in center and mixture is heated to at least 165°F in center of casserole. Stir; top with cilantro. GARLIC-BUTTER ORZO CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Find 20 minutes and this luscious, Caprese salad-inspired, chicken casserole can be tonight's dinner. The trick to the quick prep is coating the raw ingredients with rich and aromatic seasonings before baking. The chicken breasts get rubbed with olive oil, Italian seasoning and a dash of red pepper flakes and placed atop a garlicky, buttery bed of orzo and tomatoes. - Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spread uncooked orzo evenly in baking dish.
- Add broth, melted butter, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the black pepper to orzo in baking dish; stir. Spread tomatoes evenly over mixture.
- In large bowl, mix oil, Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the red pepper flakes. Add chicken; turn to coat. Place chicken evenly over tomatoes; cover with foil. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Melt butter in an oven-proof dish in the oven while it preheats, about 10 minutes.
- Remove dish from the oven and add rice, garlic, and salt. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water, then add to the rice mixture. Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, until water is absorbed and rice is tender, about 20 minutes.

- Over high Heat add Olive Oil. Once pan is nice and hot add chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper on each side. Cook till nice and brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes each side) then remove from pan to a clean plate.
- Set to medium heat then add Italian Seasoning & Garlic and cook till fragrant (be careful not to burn the garlic) then stir in the chicken broth and scrape all the nice brown chicken fond from the bottom of the pan, and reduce by half (about 5 minutes).
- Add the Butter to the mixture and stir till melted, then add chicken back to pan and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
- Enjoy the delicious chicken with whatever side you choose to make or serve with :).
