WHITE TRASH CASSEROLE
Found on Pinterest and shared so many times not sure who came up with it. The original recipe calls for Cream of Mushroom Soup, but I love Cream of Onion so I changed. You could use mushroom, onion or even Cream of Celery. Whatever you have on hand.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef and onion together then drain.
- 2. Spread beef mixture in bottom of a casserole dish. Layer soup, corn, Velveeta, and tater tots.
- 3. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until tater tots are golden brown.

I made this with deer meat and it was delicious. Can't remember where I got it. But give it a try. Very yummy!

Steps:
- 1. Brown beef and onions until done; drain. Drain corn and add to beef. Pour into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Make mashed potatoes according to package directions. Spread over mixture and pour shredded cheese on top. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- 2. I made my own mashed potatoes. Didn't measure them either.. Sorry
TOTALLY WHITE WHITE TRASH CASSEROLE
After I saw a recipe for White Trash on Pinerest and posted it here I started to think how I could change it up quite by accident. This is what I came up with and plan to try it next time. You can use more hamburger meat, I use 1lb and 1/2 and add a little milk to thin.

Steps:
- Brown hamburger meat with onions.
- Add soup, thin with a small amount of milk if too thick.
- Add corn.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 greased casserole dish and top with Velvetta pieces.
- Add tator tots to top.
- Bake 375 for 35 minutes.
