This easy and addictive little smokies recipe is made even simpler thanks to the Crockpot and is perfect for game days and parties.

4 14- ounce packages cocktail sausages
16- to 18- ounce bottle honey-flavored barbecue sauce
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
12- ounce bottle lager beer

Steps:

  • Place the sausages in the bowl of a slow cooker. Add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and beer and stir to combine.
  • Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or until the sausages are warmed through.
  • Lower heat and keep warm to serve.

1 lb Little Smokies sausage
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Bourbon
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except smokies/cocktail wieners. Stir wieners into sauce mixture. Cover and heat 1 hour on low in crockpot. Remove lid and heat additional hour on low.

I make this for any get-together and it is always a hit! I was a little unsure at first about the grape jelly concoction, but I tried it and have never done it any other way. It is so savory with just enough sweet. I always receive or over hear lots of agreement with the taste of the sauce. It always disappears at parties, and the next day I have cravings for these cocktail wienies. Try it for your next potluck, back yard BBQ, or any event!

1 jar(s) (10 oz.) grape jelly
dash(es) tabasco

Steps:

  • MIX jelly, Tabasco sauce in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat 5 minutes or until sauce boils stirring frequently.
  • HEAT Little Smokies as directed on package.
  • POUR sauce into slow cooker or fondue pot set on LOW heat. Add Little Smokies. And Enjoy

¼ cup chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Combine cocktail wieners, sweet chile sauce, sriracha, and chicken broth in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Stir to combine. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 1 minute. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  • Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately, or switch to the Keep Warm setting.
