GRANDMOTHER'S PEACH FUZZ
This is a fantastic rum based drink that my grandmother made for me. It cannot be made virgin, the rum is the key ingredient! The peach skins add a lovely bit of color. Canned peaches do not work as well.

Steps:
- Place the rum, limeade concentrate, and peaches into the container of a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the ice, and blend until finely ground, sweeten with sugar, if desired. Pour into margarita glasses, and enjoy!

Steps:
- Add peaches and sugar to a food processor; pulse until well blended, then process until smooth.
- Add in water; pulse to combine.
- Strain the peach mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a 1 ½ quart container, pressing on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.
- Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Add in the peach schnapps; stir again.
- Chill until very cold; serve over ice; garnish with peach slices.

- Slice peaches and remove pit, leaving skin on.
- Place pink lemonade concentrate, vodka, and peaches in blender.
- Fill blender up with ice and blend until smooth and slushy.
- Add more ice if you prefer.

PEACH FUZZY

- 1. Put half quantities of the first 4 ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add crushed crushed ice to the 5 cup line on the blender jar and whirl until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Serve in a chilled glass and garnish with fresh peach slices.

- Place sugar in a saucepan. Pour in 1 cup water. Turn heat to medium and stir continuously until sugar granules are dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Pour lemon juice into a pitcher. Pour in remaining 6 cups water.
- Place pitted peaches into a Vitamix® blender. Blend until smooth. Pour peach purée into the pitcher along with the simple syrup (dissolved sugar in saucepan). Stir to combine.
- Adjust to taste. Add garnish such as a slice of peach, ice, and serve.

- Rinse the peaches thoroughly. Slice them in half vertically, remove the pits and chop into large pieces. You should have about 1 cup of chopped peaches.
- In a small saucepan, combine the peaches, 2 cups water and honey. Stir and set on medium heat for about 5 minutes till the mixture begins to boil and the peaches start to soften. Lower the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Set aside to cool completely, then transfer to the fridge and chill the cooked peach mixture for an hour.
- Drain the peach mixture (reserve the liquid and keep it chilled) and blitz it up in a blender into a smooth puree. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve, two or three times if you need to, till there are no fibres or lumps in it.
