Fast and VERY kid friendly.. they can make them and all you have to do is bake them! Pizza sauce, cheese and their choice of topping makes this a great snack or anytime meal!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the English muffin halves cut side up onto a baking sheet. Spoon some of the pizza sauce onto each one. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and browned on the edges.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Arrange English muffin halves, cut-side up, on a baking sheet. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each English muffin; top with mozzarella cheese. Place pepperoni slices on 1/3 the pizzas and Italian sausage on 1/3 the English muffins, leaving the remaining 1/3 with just cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

- Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Make up the bread mix following pack instructions. On a lightly floured surface, roll out to fit a lightly oiled 30 x 40cm baking tray, or two smaller trays. Spread the passata over the base, dot over the sausages and mushrooms, add the bacon, then cook for 20 mins at the top of the oven.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and crack the eggs on. Return to the oven and cook for 5 mins more, or longer depending how well-cooked you like your eggs.

- Pour ½ cup luke warm water to a large mixing bowl. If your mixing bowl is cold, first warm it up a bit by swirling some hot water in it. Discard the hot water and then pour luke warm water. An ideal temperature of warm water is 40 to 43 C or 105 to 110 F.
- Let it rise at room temperature until it doubles or triples. An ideal temperature for rising dough is 26C (80 F) to 32C (90 F). Depending on the temperature it will take any where from 1 to 4 hours to rise.
- Puree or chop tomatoes finely. To make sauce, heat oil in a pan and saute garlic until it smells good. Then add red chili flakes & mix.
- Bring your choice of veggies to room temperature. Avoid using cold veggies from the refrigerator as they let out moisture on the pizza making it soggy.

- To make the pizza base, put the flour in a large bowl (or stand mixer) and sprinkle in the yeast. Stir thoroughly before adding the salt. Mix the olive oil with the water, then make a well in the centre of the flour and start pouring it in.
- Leave to rise for an hour in a large bowl, covered, then knock back and divide into two large or 4 smaller pieces, depending on the size you are able to cook.
- When you are ready to cook the pizzas, preheat the oven to its highest setting and either heat baking trays or a pizza stone. Shape the pizzas into large circles, then dust more baking trays with flour and transfer the pizza bases onto them – this is so you can slide them straight onto the baking tray or pizza stone.
- Make the tomato sauce simply by blending all the tomato sauce ingredients together in a food processor with plenty of salt and pepper.
- Spread a small amount of the tomato sauce over the pizza base, then top with the pieces of sausage, bacon, black pudding (if using), mushrooms and tomatoes.
- Break an egg or two on top, making sure that the eggs are contained by other ingredients so that the white doesn’t run off (alternatively you can turn up the edges slightly just to make sure).
- Bake in the oven for around 8–10 minutes, or until the pizza is crisp and the toppings are cooked.
