EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE BARS
Easy homemade holiday treat recipe - No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge

Steps:
- Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium low heat.
- Add the brown sugar and mix to incorporate.
- Add the milk and vanilla and mix to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add the peanut butter. Stir until the peanut butter is melted into the mixture.
- Add confectioners sugar to a mixing bowl and pour the wet mixture over it.
- Use a hand mixer, starting on low speed, to mix everything together. Increase speed until well incorporated. The mixture will become very thick.
- Add the easy peanut butter fudge bar mixture to an 8 x 8 pan. I used a disposable foil pan but you could line a regular pan with parchment paper.
- Cover and refrigerate for two hours to allow the fudge bars to set up.
- Remove from the refrigerator. You can easily remove the entire set up fudge from the pan at this point. After removing, cut into squares.
- Bag each bar into a holiday plastic gift bag and close with a twist tie. Finish with ribbon.

NO BAKE REESE'S FUDGE BARS RECIPE
This No Bake Reese's Fudge Bars recipe is the perfect combination of my two favorite things- Reese's peanut butter cups and fudge!

Steps:
- Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the peanut butter cups in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. (You should use 16 on the bottom)
- Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until chips and milk are melted together.
- Once everything is melted together, spread evenly over peanut butter cups in prepared pan. Immediately sprinkle with the crumbled Reese's, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
- Cool until firm. I like to cool the fudge on the counter until it is room temperature, then cover with plastic and place in the refrigerator to harden completely. Cut into squares and serve.

These quick and easy bars have the most glorious "ribbon" of fudge running through them. I got the recipe from a friend in Chicago. Watch out! These are RICH and ADDICTIVE!!!!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cake mix, peanut butter, egg and oil.
- Press 2/3 of this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in heavy saucepan, heat and stir sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and butter over low heat until blended.
- Pour this chocolate mixture over the par-baked crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining crust crumb mixture.
- Bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Cool on wire rack.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large, rimmed baking sheet (11X17-inches) with nonstick cooking spray (see note for other pan size variations).
- For the peanut butter cookie dough, in a large bowl with a handheld electric mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and creamy, 1-2 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix for another 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until combined. Stir in the dry ingredients until no dry streaks remain.
- Reserve about 2 1/2 cups of the dough (20-25 ounces) and set aside. Press the rest of the cookie dough in the bottom and into the corners of the prepared pan.
