FRUITY GELATIN SALAD
This is an awesome salad. It is different than any other and I always have it for Thanksgiving.

Steps:
- In a non-reactive sauce pan, combine the carbonated beverage and marshmallows; heat until dissolved stirring constantly. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Add cream cheese and blend by hand or with electric mixer until smooth.
- Add pineapple and juice, nuts, mayonnaise and whipped topping. Pour into 7x11 dish, chill until set.

AMAZING JELL-O CRANBERRY SALAD (AKA CRANBERRY CRACK)
Yummy Cranberry Jello Salad with pineapple oranges and pecans. This amazing cranberry salad is sweet, tart and crunchy and the beautiful color makes the perfect addition to your holiday meal.

Steps:
- In large bowl, dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add pineapple juice to measuring cup and add water until you have 1.5 cups pineapple juice and water combined.
- Add pineapple juice/water to jello, stir.
- Place cranberries and sugar into food processor and pulse till sugar is thoroughly combined and the cranberries are in small pieces
- Add chopped apple, pineapple, mandarin oranges, nuts and cranberry pieces to large serving container..
- Add liquid jello to dish and stir everything around.
- Place in fridge.
- When ready to serve, with a fork, stir cranberry jello salad around with a fork, breaking up the jello.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
QUICK CRANBERRY GELATIN SALAD
Since this tangy salad keeps well, I make it a day ahead for my Christmas menu. It's also a great choice to take to a holiday potluck - even people who aren't fond of cranberries think it's yummy. - Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain crushed pineapple, reserving juice in one bowl and fruit in another bowl.
- Mix together jello, cranberry sauce, and pineapple juice until smooth; refrigerate until half set. Stir in mandarin oranges, pineapple, and pecans.
- Pour into decorative mold and refrigerate.

CRANBERRY JELLO
At our house it wouldn't be Christmas dinner without "Cranberry Jello". I still serve the canned Jelly type and I make a fresh cranberry salad, but if this would be left off the menu there would be a mutiny. So easy, so good and in our house, so Christmas.

- 1. Drain pineapple; set aside.
- 2. Mix gelatin with 2 cups boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Add drained crushed pineapple and whole cranberry sauce.
- 3. I kind of squish the cranberry sauce with my hand to break it up. Mix well.
- 4. Pour into gelatin mold. Let set until firm. Unmold onto a lettuce lined plate and serve. I usually make my gelatin a couple of days ahead, just to make things easier for me on the big day.

- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the cranberry sauce.
- Cut the cherries into pieces and add them to the melted sauce. Stir in the pineapple with its juice. Remove mixture from heat.
- In a medium bowl pour the boiling water over the gelatin. And stir until all the gelatin has dissolved.
