3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 apple, sliced
1 banana, sliced

Steps:

  • Combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl. Stir dip until mixed. Serve with fruit.
