Steps:
- Pour the juice into small saucepan. Heat gently until the juice is very warm but not boiling.
- Turn off the heat, and slowly pour the gelatin into the juice while whisking until it's incorporated. Repeat with the other tablespoon of gelatin.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an 8-inch by 8-inch glass baking dish that's been very lightly greased with coconut oil. You don't have to grease the silicone molds if you decide to use those. How many gummy snacks you'll end up with depends on how big your molds are. These Lego brick molds hold 1 tablespoon of gelatin per brick while the Lego men molds hold 1 teaspoon each. I usually make a couple trays of gummy snacks and then pour the extra into a glass dish, cutting it into squares.
- Refrigerate the Homemade Gummy Snacks for at least 2 hours, then pop them out of the molds. You may want to freeze them for 15 minutes before you try to unmold.

Steps:
- Combine the fruit juice or lemonade, gelatin and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely, about 1 minute (make sure there is no undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of the saucepan). If any foam forms while stirring, skim it off and discard. Transfer the mixture to a small liquid measuring cup.
- Put the gummy bear molds on a flat surface and slowly fill each cup to the top. Give each mold a small shake to ensure the mixture settles to the bottom. Refrigerate until the mixture sets, about 10 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

- Keep your homemade healthy gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. If you leave them outside they will last but I recommend storing them in the refrigerator.

EASY AND HEALTHY HOMEMADE GUMMIES
Steps:
- If you're starting with whole fruit, make fruit puree by blending fruit in a blender. Then measure fruit puree into the larger measure cup/bowl first. Add honey if using.
- Measure juice into a small sauce pan and turn the heat on medium low. Add the gelatin and whisk constantly. Bring the mixture to an almost simmer - you want it to be definitely warm, but not hot, to the touch - abut 3 minutes. The liquid should be opaque or clear and the gelatin should be completely dissolved before proceeding.
- Add the juice/gelatin mixture to the puree (if using) in the bowl/cup with the spout. Whisk to combine juice/gelatin with puree and/or honey, if using.
- Place the mold on the baking sheet. Pour mixture into the molds, but do not overfill them. Alternatively, pour the mixture into the 8×8 glass pan.
- Place the entire baking sheet with the mold on top, or the 8×8 glass pan, in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Pull the gummies out from the freezer and pop out of the molds. Store in a container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

- Combine all ingredients except gelatin in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir with a whisk.
- When it comes to a simmer gradually whisk the gelatin into the mixture, stirring constantly. (Avoid dumping gelatin into pan all at once, which will cause big globs of gelatin to remain in finished product.)
- Continue heating over medium-low heat until it comes to a simmer and all ingredients are well combined and gelatin is completely melted. (The mixture will change from a grainy, jelly-like consistency to a more glassy, smooth consistency when gelatin is all melted.)
