FRUIT AND TUNA TOSS



Fruit And Tuna Toss image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 iceburg lettuce small head, torn into small pieces
2 cups apples unpeeled diced Red Delicious
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna drained and flaked
1/2 cup mayonnaise commercial or Basic
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
1 (16-ounce) can mandarin orange segment well drained
Lettuce leaves.
1/3 cup walnuts chopped

Steps:

  • Combine lettuce, apples and tuna toss well. Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice mix well. Pour over salad and toss add orange segments and gently toss again. Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with nuts.
