Frozen Tequila Limeade Recipes

LIMEADE MARGARITA

Steps:

• For salted rim glasses, take a lime wedge or a little bit of water and go around the top rim of a glass. Turn the glass over onto a small plate filled with kosher salt or coarse salt.
• Fill prepared glass with ice and pour in tequila, Simply Limeade, and triple sec. Stir and enjoy!

FROZEN TEQUILA LIMEADE - BOBBY FLAY

Steps:

• Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil and cook until the sugar melts, transfer to a bowl set over a bowl of ice and stir to cool down.
• Place the lime juice, zest and water in a bowl, add the sugar syrup, to taste.
• Fill a blender with 2 cups of the limeade, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of tequila (depending on your taste) and 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until combined. Pour into tall glasses. Repeat with the remaining limeade. Garnish with lime wedge.

EASY FROZEN MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Working in 2 batches, place 1 quart ice cubes in a blender. Add 1/2 can limeade, 6 ounces tequila and 2 tablespoons Cointreau. Blend at highest speed until drink is almost smooth. Pour into a pitcher and repeat with remaining ingredients. Store in the freezer.
• To salt the margarita glasses, pour a single layer of salt on a salad plate. Moisten each glass rim with lime; dip each rim in the salt. Pour margaritas into each glass; garnish with lime. Serve immediately.
