Steps:
- Measure your tea into something like a French Press (perfect for loose tea) or a jug or bowl (fine for tea bags) and pour correct ratio of hot water over it.
- Allow it to steep for about 4-7 minutes (if using double the amount of tea) OR 10-14 minutes (if using the single amount and wanting to brew it stronger).
- While still hot, strain out the tea or remove bags, and then add sweetener to taste (particularly if you're adding honey, you want it to be able to fully melt before the tea cools).
- Pour sweetened tea into popsicle molds (if they're plastic, you'll want to let it cool down first).
- Stick it in the freezer and wait patiently. :)

- Fill your popsicle molds 3/4 of the way with the sweet tea.
- Add lemonade to the molds until the mixture has reached the fill line.

- Enjoy!
- Pour sweet tea into popsicle molds and freeze.

Steps:
- 1. Make the pineapple tea. Place tea bags in a quart size glass measuring cup. Boil 3 cups water. Add to the tea bags and steep for 7-8 minutes pressing the bags gently against the side of the cup to get as much flavor out as possible. Remove the bags and squeeze any excess liquid out into cup, add in the cup of cold coconut water. Chill completely 2. In a pitcher combine all the ingredients up to the lime zest and mix well. Taste and add more simple syrup if desired. Add in a tablespoon of diced pineapple to the popsicle bag then carefully fill to the fill line with the tea mix. About 1/3 tea mix per ice pop. Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Repeat for remaining pops. 3. Freeze for 12-24 hours until completely frozen. The vodka will slow the rate of freezing. They will be frozen after 24 hours but not rock hard like popsicles without alcohol in them. Transfer pops to a larger resealable bag.

- Bring water just to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Add tea bag and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag. Add lime juice to brewed tea and stir well. Pour tea into molds and add mint leaves, if desired, into each mold. Freeze until ready to serve.
- For best results, pre-chill the ice pop molds in the freezer and chill the brewed tea in the fridge before pouring it into the molds. Loosen the frozen pops from the molds by running the bottom of the mold under cool or lukewarm water for a minute or two; the frozen pops should then easily slide out.

- Make simple syrup: bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to boil, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar. Once water comes to boil, remove from heat. Add 1 tea bag to water and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and let tea-flavored syrup cool to room temperature. Once syrup is at room temperature, transfer to a small bowl or storage container and cool in refrigerator, covered.
- In the meantime, make the tea. Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 2 tea bags and steep for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and let tea cool to room temperature. Once tea is room temperature, cover and chill in refrigerator.
- When your tea and syrup are completely chilled take them out of the fridge and mix in 1/2 cup of tea-flavored syrup into your chilled tea and stir to combine. Taste a little bit of it. It should taste very sweet (maybe too sweet) at this point. If you want to add more syrup you can.

- Add sugar and water to a heavy-bottomed saucepan and stir. Bring to a boil, stir to ensure the sugar is all dissolved and remove from the heat. Pour into a clean canning jar, fix a lid onto the jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
- Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Remember that the flavour will be milder when frozen, so you may want to make it stronger than usual. Remove the tea bags and stir in simple syrup to taste. Again, the sweetness will be less pronounced when frozen so you may want to sweeten slightly more than you usually would do. Let the tea cool to lukewarm.
