Frozen Pork Loin in Instant Pot image

Frozen pork loin in Instant Pot is easier than you think! Yes! You can now cook rock hard frozen pork in your pressure cooker to tender in no time.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pork loin (or tenderloin, 2 lbs is what was used in both cases, if larger you'd need to increase time)
3/4 c water (or broth)
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tbsp Sherry (cooking wine)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1.5 tsp minced onion (dried)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • Whisk together all ingredients and pour into pressure cooker.
  • Unwrap your frozen pork loin and place it into your pot.
  • Close lid and steam valve and set to high pressure for 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes of natural releasing the steam.
  • Open lid, lift loin out and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Pour juice from pot on top once sliced and served with mashed potatoes or other sides.

Ninja Foodi Pork Tenderloin. How to make a delicious pork tenderloin using both the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker and air fryer. Loaded with apples, apple cider and vegetable stock, this is easy to recreate at home and perfect for Ninja Foodi beginners.

Ninja Foodi
1 Pork Tenderloin
2 Celery Sticks
4 Medium Carrots
1 Tsp Garlic Puree
1 Can Apple Cider
1 Tbsp Oregano
Salt & Pepper
2 Medium Apples (peeled, cored and diced)

Steps:

  • Peel and dice your carrots, Clean, and dice your celery. Load them into the Ninja cooking pot along with your seasonings and stir.
  • Pour in apple cider and then place the pork tenderloin over. Pressure cook for 5 minutes, followed by another 5 minutes of natural pressure release.
  • After manually releasing the pressure remove the liquid and put to one side. Place the air fryer basket in and add your pork tenderloin, along with sliced and peeled apple.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.
