1 pie crusts, graham or 1 chocolate (we like chocolate)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons creme de menthe
1 drop red food coloring, optional
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in milk.
  • Stir in creme de menthe.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Freeze for 4 hours.

2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
1/4 cup crushed candy cane s

Steps:

  • Beat milk and pudding mixes with whisk 2 min.; spoon 1-1/2 cups into crust. Top with marshmallows. Stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spoon over pie.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours. Meanwhile, pour chocolate into resealable plastic bag. Snip off small corner from bottom of bag; use to squeeze chocolate into 10 desired shapes on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Top pie with remaining COOL WHIP, crushed candy and chocolate shapes just before serving.

This no-bake Peppermint Pie is festive and easy to make. Candy Cane Pie has a light and creamy texture that's brimming with peppermint flavor!

24 OREO cookies
5 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
2 (3.3 oz) boxes instant white chocolate pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
8 oz container Cool Whip whipped topping (thawed)
red food coloring (optional)
1 candy cane (crushed)

Steps:

  • Add cookies to a food processor and process until the cookies are fine crumbs.
  • Pour the cookie crumbs into a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter and mix until combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a pie plate. Then, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and milk until smooth and creamy.
  • Whisk in peppermint extract and food coloring (if using).
  • Use a rubber scraper to fold in half of the Cool Whip.
  • Carefully spread the mixture into the prepared crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Spread the remaining whipped topping to the top of the pie and sprinkle with a crushed candy cane.
  • Serve immediately or place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
