GRASSHOPPER DRINK RECIPE
This Grasshopper Drink Recipe combines ice cream, ice cubes, Creme de Menthe, and Creme de Cocoa to make the perfect creamy dessert cocktails. This is a family favorite and an awesome holiday after-dinner cocktail!

Steps:
- In a large blender, combine liqueurs, ice, and half of the ice cream. Pulse until well blended. Add remaining ice cream, and pulse until creamy.
- Store in a tupperware container with a lid.
- When ready to serve, scoop (pour, if freshly made) into four glasses and top with another small dash of creme de menthe. Add spoons and chocolate biscuit sticks (optional). Enjoy!

- In a large bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter; toss until coated. Reserve 1/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of a 9-in. springform pan or 13x9-in. dish. Freeze 10 minutes. Spread ice cream over crust. Freeze, covered, until firm., In a bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. In a large bowl, mix marshmallow creme, milk, extract and, if desired, food coloring until blended. Fold in whipped cream., Spread over ice cream. Sprinkle with reserved cookie mixture. Freeze, covered, until firm.

- In a small bowl, mix wafer crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press onto bottom and up sides of a greased 9-in. pie plate. Refrigerate 30 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine marshmallows and milk; cook and stir over medium-low heat 12-14 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Stir in liqueurs and, if desired, extract., In a large bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form; fold in marshmallow mixture. Transfer to crust. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. If desired, top with cherries and additional whipped cream just before serving.

Steps:
- LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Crush 20 cookies; sprinkle crumbs onto bottom of prepared pan.
- SPREAD ice cream evenly over crumbs in pan; top with COOL WHIP and grated chocolate.
- FREEZE 3 hours. Remove from freezer 15 minute before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Lift dessert from pan with foil handles; cut into 16 squares. Cut remaining cookies in half; place 1 on each square.
