Creamy frozen coffee that's also a Healthy Living recipe? Believe it! A little no-calorie sweetener and fat-free half-and-half do the trick-deliciously.

3 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
1/4 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Italian Espresso Roast Coffee, cooled
2 Tbsp. fat-free half-and-half
2 tsp. granular no-calorie sweetener
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 cup ice cubes

Steps:

  • Reserve 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP. Blend remaining COOL WHIP with all remaining ingredients except ice in blender until blended.
  • Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened and smooth.
  • Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

  • Mix the coffee, ice, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and creamer – if you’re using it – together in your blender. Continue blending until all of the ingredients are well-mixed, and the consistency is light and fluffy.
